Also known as a “Pick-My-Brain” session, these birth consultations are not confined to the topic of childbirth. Is there a topic you have more questions about where you want to speak one-on-one with a professional? Maybe all you need is an experienced set of eyes on your birth plan with some feedback to help make it the best it can be. Maybe you’re considering getting pregnant and want more advice on pre-conception health and fertility awareness. Or maybe you’re in the early days of postpartum and struggling more than you thought you might and are in need of some direct guidance from somebody with much more experience. Are you days away from birth and never managed to get your childbirth class in so you have some burning questions that you need answered ASAP? Or maybe you’re in the early stages of pregnancy and trying to decide what kind of birth provider and/or birth environment would be best for you. Did you experience trauma with a past birth and are looking for how to make sure that doesn’t happen again?
